Not sure since when, I eat white rice only if I can not get brown rice from the restaurant.
I love the dish, simple because I love the balance of the flavor from the Miso and the Yuzu Juice. I would probably reduce the soy sauce or just use less salt on seasoning. I also love the texture of the balance of flaky fish and toothy black rice.

- 2 Cod Fillets
- ⅔ Cup Black Rice
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 2 Scallions
- 1 Bunch Water Spinach
- 2 Tablespoons Red Miso Paste
- 2 Teaspoons Light Brown Sugar
- 1 1-Inch Piece Ginger
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Yuzu Juice
